A licensed professional counselor and owner of NuPathways Counseling Services, LLC, Weluna has spent nearly 20 years advocating for mental health in the Black community. Specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, she is training as a midwife to bridge the gap between mental health and maternal care—because our mothers deserve better.

Bobette (Uzuribirth)

A full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator, Bobette has guided over 100 families worldwide through hospital, home, and unassisted births. Now based in Ghana, she works to help Black families reclaim their birth experiences—offering guidance on everything from water births to midwife-assisted deliveries, so we can bring our babies into this world on our terms.
