Choosing your mission. Why do you want to operate a school?
Discuss finding a building, incorporating your business…knowing your state and local laws.

WEEK 2: PLANNING STAGE
Techniques for attracting families.
Techniques for hiring and retaining staff.
Setting staff salaries (Full time/Part time).
Choosing curricular goals.
Finding and maintaining a location. (Turn key or renovation?)

WEEK 3: MONEY, MONEY, MONEY
Fees, fees, fees and more fees. Cost are always rising.
Taxes, federal and state (employee, workers comp., insurance—building and org.,)
